On Sunday May 5th, we celebrate the Parkash Purab of Guru Angad Dev Ji, the 2ndGuru. Guru Angad Dev Ji standardized the Gurmukhi script in which most of the Sikh literature has been written. He composed many Saloks which are included in Guru Granth Sahib Ji.
We would also like to thank all the volunteers who helped with the cleanup last weekend at the new Gurdwara site and also who helped fund raise over $5,500 during the Toronto Nagar Kirtan.
